Hi All,

This weekend the Shooters, Fishers and Farmers Party has a stall at the Hawkesbury Show to promote the party. With the state election early next year together with the new firearm regulations to soon be enacted it is important that our message to the state government that the new firearm regulations is loud and clear. 
For those able to assist, you will be required to talk to people about the party and what it can offer, a balanced viewpoint supporting not just firearms and hunting but also farming

Dear Stallholder,
We hope you are well and looking forward to this year’s Hawkesbury Show.
Please find below important information regarding bump-in arrangements and trading times for the event.
Bump-In Details
All exhibitors are required to adhere to the allocated bump-in times to ensure a smooth and safe setup process.
Access to the grounds will only be permitted during designated time slots. Further instructions regarding site
access and parking will be provided at your arrival. You must check in at the office when arriving to collect
your bump in pack, which will include your site number, site numbers will not be given out prior to this time.
An office official will direct you to your site. All vehicles must be removed from site by 8:30am on Friday 24th
April. Please note powered sites are only available to those who have paid for a powered site.
Allocated site bump in times:
• Sunday 19th April: 12:00-5:00pm
• Monday 20th April: 9:00-6:00pm
• Tuesday 21st April: 9:00-4:00pm
• Wednesday 22nd April: 9:00-12:00pm
• Thursday 23rd April: 12:00-9:00pm
• Friday 24th April: 6:00-8:30am
Trading Times
All stallholders must be fully set up and ready to trade during the following hours:
Undercover/Commercial/Mound/Grandstand:
• Day 1 Friday 24th: 9:00 - 9:00pm
• Day 2 Saturday 25th: 9:00 - 9:00pm
• Day 3 Sunday 26th: 9:00 - 4:00pm
Please ensure your stall remains open and staffed for the entirety of the approved trading hours.
On Sunday for bump out vehicles are only allowed on site from 4:30pm.
